• Standard - Private Advert – Is the advert types that requires the seller or advertiser to add up to 8 photos and 2 videos. However, some of the features like “Front Page Display”, “Featured”, and “Maximum Exposure” are not part of this package. This advert package costs only $25 and the ad will be listed for 6 months. • Standard - Premium Advert – Is the advert type that requires the seller or advertiser to add up to a maximum of 20 photos and 4 videos. This is regarded as the best package because it gives access to all other extra features needed to make the advert standout. This advert package costs only $35 and the ad will be listed for 3 months. • Standard Ad - Dealer - This is an advert options designed especially for dealers who would like to advertise more than one (1) equipment in a more cost effective way. The options available are;

i) Bronze (Standard ) – In this package, the seller or advertiser can choose to ad up to 25 different equipment ads. That will allow the seller or advertiser to add up to 8 photos and 2 videos for each 25 ads. It will cost $300 and and the advert will be listed for 3 Months

ii) Silver (Standard) -  In this package, the seller or advertiser can choose to ad up to 50 different equipment ads. That will allow the seller or advertiser to add up to 8 photos and 2 videos for each 50 ads. It will cost $375 and the advert will be listed for 3 Months . 

iii) Gold (Standard) –  In this package, the seller or advertiser can choose to ad up to 100 different equipment ads. That will allow the seller or advertiser to add up to 8 photos and 2 photos for each 100 ads. It will cost $450 and the advert will be listed for 3 Months

iv) Platinum (Standard) - This is regarded as the value for money advert package for a dealer who would like to add unlimited ads per month at a fraction of the cost. In this package  the seller or advertise can choose to add up to unlimited equipment ads. It will cost $600  and the advert will be listed for 3 Months

3. How do I add a new advert?

To add a new advert, please follow the following steps:

i) Select or click on the “Post an Ad" Tab on the home page

ii) Select one of the following 3 options: (a) Click on “SELL (b) HIRE & (c) Auction and follow the prompts

iii) Select your Advert Options: (a) Standard AD - Private (b) Standard As - Premium (c) Standard Ad - Dealer Sell or (d) Premium Ad - Dealer

iv) Create your account by filling in the form

v) Create your advert of your equipment

vi) Upload the photos of your equipment

vii) Make Payment

viii) You will be issued a receipt

ix) Your advertisement will be made live

4. How do I register with Equipmonster?

To register with equipmonster.com.au, please follow the following step

i) Click on the “Register” tab on the home page

ii) Create your account by filling in the form

iii) You will be sent an activation email

iv) Log into your email account and activate your account

v) Log in using the link provided from the activation email or you can log in from the home page using the “Member Login” tab

vi) You can ad ads once you are in your account

5. How do I delete my add when my ad is sold?

Log into your account and delete your ad from your “My Account” area

6. I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Click on “Member Login” tab on the home page and that will present a form where you can enter your email and your password will be sent to your email inbox. Retrieve your password and log in again. You can also change your password from you account area at any time.

7. How safe is your website?

8. What is your refund policy?

EquipMonster Pty Ltd does not provide refunds for listings more than 24 hours after a listing is purchased unless it took longer than 3 days for your listing to be posted to our website “equipmonster.com.au”. To be eligible for a refund under these circumstances, Equipmonster.com.au must receive your refund request in the manner described below within 5 calendar days of your purchase of a listing.

EquipMonster Pty Ltd reserves the right to finally determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to request any additional information relevant to such request. All refund requests must be in writing and include your name, address, e-mail address, ad ID, equipment description; and the reasons you are requesting a refund. The contact us form must be used to submit your request!

Our Refund Policy does not apply to any listings that are purchased from one of other affiliates or partners as part of a print/online bundled package, even if such listings appear on the EquipMonster.com.au website

iii) Select from the options provide from the detailed search box and that will display the results or
